Duties and taxes

DDP

Rather not deal with customs? Choose Delivered Duty Paid. We pay the import duty, tax and courier fees before your order ships and quote you one fixed price, so there is nothing to pay at the door. Available for most countries, depending on the courier service. Ask for a DDP quote

Rates checked on 21 October 2026. They change, especially in the US, so treat this table as a guide and check before a large order. For other countries, a duty calculator such as SimplyDuty or your local customs office will give you an estimate: enter the product price in GBP plus the shipping cost from checkout.

Our machines are made in the UK. Where a UK trade agreement removes duty, the courier needs proof of UK origin on the paperwork. Email the team if your country asks for it.

Your options

Choose how import charges are handled

Most customers use standard delivery. If you would rather know the full cost up front, ask for Delivered Duty Paid (DDP).

Standard delivery

We ship, and the courier collects any duty or tax from you before delivery. You pay only what your country charges, plus the courier's handling fee. This is how every order placed at checkout travels.

Buying for a business

Import VAT or GST paid on arrival can usually be reclaimed through your own VAT return. Send us your VAT, GST or EORI number before we ship and we add it to the customs paperwork.

Delivered Duty Paid (DDP)

We pay the duty, tax and courier fees before your order ships, so nothing is due on arrival. Available for most countries, depending on the courier service. Ask before you order and we quote one fixed price. Businesses cannot reclaim tax paid this way.
