Assistant Product Designer (Mould Design)

Full-time · On-site, Hartley Wintney · Immediate start · £25,000 to £30,000

We're expanding our team and looking for someone to take the lead on our custom mould design and help shape the future of our machines. It's a creative, hands-on role with real ownership from your first projects, and a great fit for a recent design graduate who's excited about recycled plastic and ready to learn. You don't need industry experience, we design our moulds and machines our own way and will teach you the rest.

We're looking for someone who:

  • Is confident with Fusion 360 (this one's essential)
  • Has a working understanding of 3D printing
  • Has the right to work in the UK and can work on-site in Hartley Wintney
  • Communicates clearly and likes to take ownership of their work

Design internship

Students & recent graduates

A great first step for a student or recent graduate wanting hands-on experience in product design. You'll split your time between the studio and the workshop and get real exposure to live client work while you find your feet.

We're looking for someone who:

  • Loves to make and has a sharp eye for detail
  • Is genuinely interested in product design and sustainability
  • Is comfortable picking up new software

Workshop team

Hands-on / making

Prefer something more hands-on? Our workshop team builds the machines and gets every order out the door, from assembly to packing and despatch. It's a great way to build practical trade skills like metalwork and basic electronics.

We're looking for someone who:

  • Enjoys problem-solving
  • Is happy in a workshop / warehouse environment
  • Can help manage stock and inventory
