Due to the popularity of our products, almost all our orders are made to order, which means waiting times for our products may vary. The waiting times for some of our most popular items are as follows:

Please bare in mind we ship orders together and shipments may be delayed by the slowest item to fabricate.

Modular Moulds with custom nozzles can take longer than 1 week. Premium Moulds with custom nozzles are fabricated upon request and can take up to 6 weeks to be dispatched.

When ordering from our website, all orders are in GBP. If you need to request payment in an alternative currency, please get in touch and we will try to assist you.

Our prices do not include VAT. UK-based orders will have VAT added to their order during the transaction process.

All of our Premium and Modular Moulds have been designed to fit with the tapered nozzle on our Arbour Injection Machine and our Injection Mini Machine. The nozzle is flat on the bottom so that it works with plate moulds and also tapered so that it works with our premium moulds. It's custom to our machines.

If ordering Modular Moulds for our Extruder Mini Machine which uses a screw nozzle, please choose the ‘With Nozzle’ option to receive our Top Plate with Nozzle as well as a Base Plate.

If you have a screw nozzle on your injection machine, or you’re using our Extruder Mini Machine, we can adapt our Premium Moulds to add a screw nozzle for an adjustment fee. Please just get in touch and we will be happy to help.

It depends what you’re looking to achieve. If you’re only looking to recycle small bits of plastic (such as bottle lids) occasionally, our Mini Hand Cranked Shredder will be perfect for you. The Mini Shredder can also have a small battery drill attached.

If you’re hoping to shred larger household items, our 3.3 Shredder Box may be ideal. It’s possible to attach a 1.5kw motor to this shredder. We also offer an XL version for even bigger items, and Stainless Steel versions for any food grade or damp plastic.

Our Shredder Basic Machine provides our biggest output at up to 20kg per hour. This is a practical table top unit including a motor and gearbox and extra safety features, ideal for small business, schools or large workshops.

Warranty expires after 12 months after delivery or after 2000 operating hours whichever is achieved first. Furthermore, all wearing parts are excluded from the warranty.

Our "General Terms and Conditions of Sale" apply. The user will receive them at conclusion of the contract at the latest. Warranty and liability claims are excluded for personal injury and material damage, caused by one or more of the following circumstances:

• Use of the machine not as intended.

• Improper assembly, commissioning, operation and/or maintenance of the device.

• Instructions in the Operating Instructions are not observed.

• Unauthorised structural changes to the machine.

• Unauthorised changes of programs that influence the control of the machine.

• Improper monitoring of machine parts subject to wear.

• Improperly done repairs.

• Disasters caused by force majeur.

• Influence of foreign bodies, e.g. stones, metal parts, etc.

• Use of replacement parts and accessories that are not the original parts.

• Modification to the machine in any way that isn't authorised by the manufacturer.

All technical information, details, and instructions for operation included in these Operating

Instructions comply with the latest state of knowledge at the time when printed.

We reserve the right to change technical data in the course of further development concerning the machine mentioned in these Operating Instructions.

Therefore, it is not possible to assert claims on the basis of details, descriptions and pictures. We do not accept any liability for damages caused by non-compliance with these Operating Instructions.
