V1 vs V2

We have upgraded the Pneumatic System to allow the V2 to utilise more pressure and create more consistent mould injections.

The V2 boasts a larger shot size of 80cm3 compared to the 70cm3 shot size of the V1. Allowing you to process more material and inject with larger product moulds.

Introducing a new Quick Release Handle. Raise the barrel’s nozzle with ease, streamlining mould changeover and making production smoother.

With a Front Loading Door and Safety Switch, the V2 is more accessible and speeds up production compared to the Side Loading V1.

V2 only needs the use of an 8bar Air Compressor. More efficient and affordable than the 10bar Compressor needed for the V1.

Yes, the machine works like any other household electrical appliance. Using no more electricity than a kettle! The Injection Mini V2 is made for both 110v and 220v configurations, with your country specific plug included.

To ensure optimal performance you'll require an air compressor capable of delivering a minimum of 8 bars of pressure, equipped with a tank capacity of at least 24 litres. These specifications are key to providing your machine with the necessary power and air volume needed.
Each machine comes with a standard 1/4'“ x 1/4” Male compressor adapter based on your country. -
