Premium Mould #3 - Bead Mould (3 Sizes)

A common rule of thumb in the plastics industry is: "The higher the quality of the mould, the higher the quality of the final product."

That's why we created our Premium Moulds range. These moulds are machined from solid Aluminium to ensure the highest quality surface finish and are designed specifically for the capabilities of our machines. They are the best choice for creating high-detail, useful products from recycled plastic.

Turn recycled PP or HDPE into smooth, uniform beads at desktop scale. Available in three sizes (Large, Medium, and Small), each mould produces a full batch of beads in a single shot with a cycle time under 2 minutes. The small part volumes keep material usage low, making it easy to produce beads in a wide range of recycled plastic colours.

Variants

• Large: 12mm bead, 25 beads per shot, 4mm central bead hole

• Medium: 8.5mm bead, 33 beads per shot, 4mm central bead hole

• Small: 6.5mm bead, 37 beads per shot, 3mm central bead hole
