Injection mould a complete chess set from recycled PP or HDPE at desktop scale. Two moulds are available individually: a Board Squares Mould that produces 16 interlocking squares per round, and a Chess Pieces Mould that produces all 16 pieces for one side. Buy one or both depending on your project.
Board Squares Mould (sold separately): produces 16 board squares across 2 injection points (8 per shot). Inject two colours to build the full 64 square board.
Chess Pieces Mould (sold separately): produces all 16 chess pieces for one side across 2 injection points. Includes Pawn, Castle, Knight, Bishop, Queen, and King. Inject two colours for a complete 32 piece set.
Board Squares: 16 squares per 2 shots, less than 2 minutes per shot, ~480 squares per hour. A full 64 square board requires 4 rounds of 2 shots (2 rounds per colour).
Chess Pieces: 16 pieces per 2 shots, less than 2 minutes per shot. A full set of 32 pieces (both sides) requires 4 shots total, 2 per colour.
