Premium Mould #1 - Button Mould (3 Sizes)

A common rule of thumb in the plastics industry is: "The higher the quality of the mould, the higher the quality of the final product."

That's why we created our Premium Moulds range. These moulds are machined from solid Aluminium to ensure the highest quality surface finish and are designed specifically for the capabilities of our machines. They are the best choice for creating high-detail, useful products from recycled plastic.

Turn recycled PP or HDPE into custom buttons at desktop scale. Available in three sizes (Ligne 16, 24, and 32), each mould packs between 15 and 27 cavities into a single shot, producing hundreds of uniform, detailed buttons per hour from waste plastic.

Variants

• Large (Ligne 32): 20mm button, 15 cavities per shot, custom logo space 2.2mm x 53mm

• Medium (Ligne 24): 15.3mm button, 18 cavities per shot, custom logo space 1.8mm x 40mm

• Small (Ligne 16): 10.7mm button, 27 cavities per shot, custom logo space 1.3mm x 28mm
