Shredder Mini V2

A compact, hand-cranked desktop plastic shredder designed for home workshops, schools, and makerspaces. The Shredder Mini V2 turns plastic waste, bottle caps, and 3D print off-cuts into granules ready for injection moulding or extrusion. No electricity is required: the 19mm hex shaft connects to any standard wrench, ratchet, or drill.

Output is approximately 5 kg/hr depending on material and how the shaft is driven. The precision laser-cut blades handle a wide range of rigid plastics including PLA, ABS, HDPE, LDPE, PP, PETG, and PS. Shredded output is sized to feed directly into the Injection Mini V2.

Configurations

The Shredder Mini V2 is available in three configurations:

Box Only: the shredder enclosure with blades and shaft. No hopper or table mount included. Available as Kit or Assembled.

Box with Table Mount: adds a safety hopper and collection tray, and secures the shredder to a workbench. The safety hopper covers moving parts during operation, making this the better choice for educational settings. Available as Kit or Assembled.

Box with Painted Table Mount: the same as Box with Table Mount but with powder-coated external parts. Available as Assembled only.

All configurations ship with a build guide and parts list. Kit versions require assembly using basic hand tools (two spanners and an Allen key set).
