Filament Maker V2

from £190.00

A purpose-built machine for turning PET plastic bottles into consistent-diameter 3D printer filament. The Filament Maker closes the loop between plastic waste and new creation: cut a PET bottle into a continuous strip, feed it in, and the machine extrudes usable rPET filament at up to 92g per hour.

Designed for workshops, schools, and home makerspaces. The construction is precision laser-cut galvanised steel with a compact 34 x 16 x 10 cm footprint. It runs from a 12V DC adapter on 100-120V or 220-240V mains, and your country's plug is included. Assembly requires only a basic Allen key set and a few small spanners.

Every purchase includes a custom bottle cutter, bottle inflating valve, filament joining tool, full build guide, and a 3D print profile guide for rPET filament.

Key Features

  • Turns PET bottles into rPET filament: purpose-built for PET bottle recycling, not a general-purpose extruder.
  • Up to 92g/hr output: consistent filament diameter from standard PET bottles.
  • Custom bottle cutter included: strips bottles into a continuous feed tape.
  • Filament joining tool included: splice spools together without interrupting a print.
  • Compact footprint: 34 x 16 x 10 cm. Fits on any desk or workbench.
  • 100-120V and 220-240V: runs from a 12V DC adapter, your country's plug is included.
  • Laser-cut galvanised steel construction: accurate tolerances and a durable build.
  • rPET print profiles included: full guide to 3D printing with the filament you make.

Purchase Options
