Injection Mini Machine V2

from £925.00

A bench-top, pneumatic injection molding machine built for prototyping, small-scale production, and teaching. The Injection Mini Machine V2 uses a semi-automatic pneumatic piston to force molten plastic into your mould at the press of a single button. At 25 kg with a 29 x 47 x 91 cm footprint, it sits on a standard workbench and connects to any workshop air compressor.

The V2 is a full redesign of the original Injection Mini. Injection force is 2.5x greater than the V1. The fully enclosed design with door interlock makes it significantly safer, and the quick-release side lever replaces the original manual clamping system for faster mould changeovers. The increased barrel opening accepts whole plastic bottle caps without shredding.

Designed to work with the full SDS Premium Moulds range and compatible with custom aluminium and steel moulds.

Key Features

  • One-button operation: press to inject, release to stop. No manual force required.

  • Fully enclosed with door interlock: the machine will not inject unless the safety door is fully closed.

  • Quick-release side lever: tool-free mould changeover between shots.

  • Accepts whole bottle caps: the 25 mm barrel opening takes bottle caps directly, no shredding needed.

  • Semi-automatic pneumatic injection: adjustable pressure and speed for consistent, repeatable results.

  • Compact and portable: 29 x 47 x 91 cm, 25 kg. Fits on a standard workbench.

  • Dual voltage: runs on 110v or 220v. Your country's plug is included.

  • Digital product passport: full supply chain transparency.

Purchase Options

Kit: all parts, hardware, and a step-by-step digital build guide. Build time is approximately 3 to 4 hours. Good for anyone who wants to understand the machine inside and out, or for educational settings.

Fully Built: electricals completed and core components assembled before shipping. Some setup is still required on arrival (approximately 30 to 60 minutes), as several components are packed separately for safe shipping. Full setup instructions are included.

Both options include a country-specific plug and ship globally via UPS Carbon Neutral shipping.

Compressor Required

An air compressor is not included with the machine. Minimum specification: 8 bar pressure, 24 litre tank. Most standard workshop compressors meet these requirements.
