Premium Mould #6 - Sunglasses Mould
A common rule of thumb in the plastics industry is “Higher quality the mould, the higher quality the final product”. That's why we created our Premium Moulds range. The Premium Moulds are focused on creating really useful and high detail products. All of our Premium Moulds are machined Aluminium to ensure the highest quality product can be made from your recycled plastic and designed with our machines in mind.
The Sunglasses Mould is our flagship product, allowing you to make a beautiful pair of injection moulded sunglasses. Unlike our other Premium Moulds in this set you are actually getting two distinct moulds. One for the frames and another that injects the arms. We also provide a detailed guide on how to source the lenses (we uses commonly sourced replacement Oakley lenses), how to prepare the frames for the lenses (and the tools required) and how to attach the arms.
Its important to note that even though the frames are very easy to inject, there is a certain level of craftmanship to produce high quality pairs of sunglasses over and over again. Something we believe you will quickly master with our tips and tricks.
Every mould comes unbranded, and has the potential to add your own branding/message for a fee.
