That's why we created our Premium Moulds range. These moulds are machined from solid Aluminium to ensure the highest quality surface finish and are designed specifically for the capabilities of our machines. They are the best choice for creating high-detail, useful products from recycled plastic.

Create Classic Game Pieces, Introducing the Game (Ludo) Piece Mould: This mould allows you to turn recycled plastic into classic Ludo game pieces. The mould produces 10 pieces per injection, making it ideal for workshops, education, events, or small batch production of complete board game sets from recycled PP or HDPE.

• Production Potential: With a cycle time of under 2 minutes and 10 parts per shot, this mould enables an output of approximately 300 to 500 pieces per hour (around 2,400 to 4,000 pieces per standard working day), making it highly viable for efficient small-scale production.

Precision Engineering. This Premium Mould is CNC-machined from high-grade Aluminium to ensure rapid heat dissipation. The surface finish is optimised to allow for easy ejection without sticking, providing a clean part every time.
