3D printing Injection molding

37× faster than 3D printing. Solid, smooth, and recycled-ready.

37×

A desktop 3D printer builds one layer at a time. The Injection Mini V2 fills a full mold in a single ten minute cycle, then ejects parts that are solid through, free of layer lines, and made from your own recycled shred if you want them to be.

V1 vs V2

Five refinements, one redesigned machine

2.5×

More powerful

Upgraded pneumatic system delivers more pressure and more consistent mold injections.

80 cm³

Larger shot size

Up from 70 cm³. Process more material per shot and inject larger product molds.

60%

Quicker changeover

A quick-release handle raises the barrel nozzle in one pull. Mould swaps that took minutes on V1 take seconds on V2.

100%

Enclosed safety

A fully enclosed front-loading door with interlock replaces the open side-loading V1. Safer for classrooms and shared workshops.

8 bar

Cheaper compressor

An 8 bar compressor is enough, more efficient and affordable than the 10 bar V1 required.

Yes. The machine works like any other household electrical appliance and uses no more electricity than a kettle. The Injection Mini V2 ships in 100-120V and 220-240V configurations, with a plug included for UK, EU, NA, or AU.
Use a compressor that delivers a minimum of 8 bar with a tank capacity of at least 24 litres. Most standard workshop compressors meet this. Each machine ships with a country-specific 1/4 inch male compressor adapter.
The IMMV2 supports PLA, PETG, HDPE, ABS, PS, PP, TPU, TPE, LDPE, and PA6 GF15, plus many more. See the full plastic material database for compatibility detail. Note that PET is not supported (use the Shredder Mini V2 or Desktop Shredder V2 to process PET, then re-mold via a different process). PA6 GF15 support depends on melt-flow index and exact material properties.
Yes. We ship worldwide with carbon-neutral delivery as standard, and have shipped to 94 countries to date. Default invoicing is in GBP; we can also issue invoices in EUR, USD, or CAD on request.
The V2 is 2.5x more powerful, has a larger 80 cm³ shot size (up from 70 cm³), adds a quick-release handle and a front-loading door, and only requires an 8 bar compressor instead of 10 bar. All for the same price as the V1.
Yes. The IMMV2 is UKCA and CE certified with a fully enclosed design and a door interlock that disables injection while the door is open. Pair it with the Fume Extractor V2 via the 100 mm (4 inch) extraction port for a classroom-ready setup.
