Premium Mould #2 - Square Coaster Mould

That's why we created our Premium Moulds range. These moulds are machined from solid Aluminium to ensure the highest quality surface finish and are designed specifically for the capabilities of our machines. They are the best choice for creating high-detail, useful products from recycled plastic.

Turn recycled plastic into clean, professional square coasters at desktop scale. Available in Single (1 cavity) and Double (2 cavity) options, compatible with PP, HDPE, LDPE, and PS. Each coaster measures 100 x 100mm with a near-full-face logo space of 97 x 97mm, making this one of the best moulds in the range for branded merchandise.

Variants

• Single: 1 coaster per shot, 40.7 cm3 shot volume, mould size 140 x 160 x 50 mm

• Double: 2 coasters per shot, 81.2 cm3 shot volume, mould size 140 x 260 x 50 mm

Please note: Each variant is sold as a separate mould. The Double mould produces two coasters per shot and requires roughly twice the material per cycle.

Production at a Glance

Single: 1 coaster per shot, less than 2 minutes per cycle, ~30 coasters per hour

Double: 2 coasters per shot, less than 2 minutes per cycle, ~60 coasters per hour
