A compact, portable fume extraction unit designed to work with SDS injection moulding and extrusion machines. The Fume Extractor V2 filters airborne VOCs and particulates produced during plastic melting, combining an RC412 aluminium carbon filter and an H13 HEPA filter in a two-speed fan unit rated at up to 530 m³/hr.
At 11 kg with a 68 x 28 x 28 cm footprint (excluding ducting), it can be moved between workspaces or wall-mounted in a fixed position. It runs in two modes: standalone with external ducting, or inline connected directly to machine extraction ports. One unit can serve up to three Injection Mini machines simultaneously.
The Fume Extractor V2 is a 220V unit. For 110V countries (USA, Canada, Japan, etc.), a small step-up transformer is all that is needed. The unit draws only 100 to 150W, so even an entry-level transformer handles it. If you also own a Desktop Shredder V2, both machines can share a single 2 kW transformer.
Kit: all components supplied separately with a step-by-step build guide. You combine the fan, carbon filter, and HEPA filter yourself. Ships in two boxes.
