Premium Mould #10 - Ring Mould

A common rule of thumb in the plastics industry is: “The higher the quality of the mould, the higher the quality of the final product.”

That’s why we created our Premium Moulds range. These moulds are machined from solid Aluminium to ensure the highest quality surface finish and are designed specifically for the capabilities of our machines. They are the best choice for creating high-detail, useful products from recycled plastic.

Turn recycled PP or HDPE into simple, colourful rings in four sizes from a single mould. With 8 cavities across two injection points, each cycle produces a complete set of rings ready to wear or sell. The variety of sizes and the vibrant colour possibilities of recycled plastic make this a popular product for jewellery makers, workshops, and retail.

Production at a Glance

8 rings per cycle (2 per size), less than 2 minutes per cycle, ~240 rings per hour.

The mould uses two injection points. Each injection fills 4 cavities covering two of the four sizes. Both injections run in the same cycle, so you get a full set of all four sizes every time.

The surface finish is optimised for easy ejection without sticking, delivering a clean part every time. Designed specifically for SDS machines and rated for 10,000+ injection cycles with proper maintenance.
