Our flagship product. This multi mould set lets you injection mould a complete pair of sunglasses from recycled PP. Choose from three iconic styles, each designed around widely available replacement lenses. From waste plastic to wearable product in minutes.

V2 Design: No Lens Prep Required

The V2 sunglasses moulds feature a redesigned insert system that eliminates the need to manually prepare lens grooves after injection. Simply remove the inserts from the moulded frames and the lenses slot straight in. This was one of the most time consuming steps in the original design, and the V2 removes it entirely.

Production at a Glance

• Output: ~10 complete pairs per hour

• Per Injection: 1 frame or 2 arms

• Cycle Time: Less than 4 minutes per shot

Each set includes a frame mould and an arms mould, so you can run both in parallel for maximum throughput.

Three Styles, Standard Lenses

Each style is designed around easy to source replacement lenses, so you never need to worry about custom lens fabrication.

• Holbrook: Classic squared off frame. Uses standard Oakley Holbrook replacement lenses.

• Frogskins: Rounded retro frame. Uses standard Oakley Frogskins replacement lenses.

• Sutro: Wraparound shield style. Uses standard Oakley Sutro replacement lenses.

CNC machined from 7075 aerospace grade aluminium alloy for superior strength, rapid heat dissipation, and consistent part quality. The surface finish is optimised for easy ejection without sticking, delivering a clean part every time. Rated for 10,000+ injection cycles with proper maintenance.
